Job Summary
Greet customers, identify service and product needs, and leverage sales leads through outbound calling. Make recommendations for cross-selling bank products and services while achieving individual weekly sales and referral goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate digital products into interactions, input and maintain data quality using approved branch technology, and complete the lifecycle of new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions, and act as a risk manager by monitoring and reporting daily risks. Adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 0 years of job related experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- MS Word - Basic Level
- MS Excel - Intermediate Level
- MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
- Experience in a related position
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures consumer products and services
- Sales and customer service skills
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
