Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch: build and manage client relationships, understand financial needs, educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborate with experts to deliver banking solutions while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requires 1+ year of sales in retail banking/financial services, strong communication, and ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings. High school degree or GED required; licenses and registrations (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations) mandatory or obtained within 180 days. Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements and NMLS registration are applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
