Job Summary
Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch focused on acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships. Deliver attentive, welcoming service while educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and tailoring product recommendations. Build trust through consultative communication, deep product knowledge, and collaboration with banking specialists to address diverse financial needs. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements; meet branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 (required upon active employment)
Additional Requirements
- Disqualifying criminal history under Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements (felony conviction within last seven years disqualifies)
