Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships within a Chase Branch. Deliver attentive, friendly service and educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs). Quickly learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult with clients and connect them to specialists for complex financial needs. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Role requires collaborating with team of experts, meeting internal/external risk and compliance obligations, and completing required training. Title requires 1+ year sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields, high school degree or equivalent, and relevant securities licenses or enrollment in JPMorganChase licensing program. Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings. Preferred qualifications include a college degree or military equivalent and knowledge of Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act, NMLS registration, and related regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
