Job Summary
Proactively acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships; lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking and credit strategies; partner with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to deliver integrated solutions; coordinate warm introductions and convert opportunities into closed outcomes; champion digital adoption by educating customers on self-service and mobile banking options; resolve account inquiries and service requests within authorized limits; demonstrate risk excellence through accurate documentation, timely escalation, and adherence to policies; role includes licensing progression (SAFE/Series licenses) and ongoing compliance requirements; located in Santa Ana, CA with typical branch-based duties and weekend schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam (as required for certain states)
- A credit report may be reviewed (credit score not included) and additional ongoing screening may apply
- Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
- FINRA licensing and regulatory compliance requirements
