Job Summary
Provide an industry-leading client service experience in person and by phone, developing and expanding client relationships. Deliver financial solutions aligned to client needs through consultative conversations and referrals to other business partners for growth, with cross-training to perform teller duties as needed. Drive branch sales by meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets, support the team sales process by addressing consumer needs or referring to internal specialists, and participate in sales and product knowledge trainings. Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications while adhering to internal controls and risk-management policies; engage clients with courteous service during transactions and help navigate branch services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2 years of client sales and service experience
- Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days and applicable NMLS background check
