Job Summary
Relationship Banker role within Wells Fargo's National Branch Network focused on proactive relationship management and integrated banking solutions. Responsibilities include acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of consumer and business relationships; leading discovery-driven conversations to tailor banking and credit strategies; coordinating with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to deliver referrals and integrated solutions; driving digital adoption and self-service usage; handling account inquiries and service requests with risk-conscious documentation and follow-up; and maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory standards. The LP (license pending) temporary position progresses to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) upon licensing completion. Requires FINRA licenses, state insurance licenses, and active licensing processes. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution, demonstrated through work or military experience
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays
- FINRA license requirements and regulatory compliance
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) requirement for certain exams
- License/Certification requirements as part of ongoing employment
- SAFE registration requirement at time of employment
- LO/CFPB requirements and compliance with Wells Fargo policies
