Job Summary
As a Relationship Banker, you will build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, discovering their financial needs and tailoring product and service recommendations. You will open accounts, perform account maintenance, assist customers with digital products, and collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect clients with specialists. You will recognize potential fraud and other risks, support branch operations including opening/closing shifts, and help staff with community and bank events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, financial service, or sales role
- High School diploma or GED
