Job Summary
Engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking); processes cash transactions accurately; develops deep client conversations to understand financial goals and connect clients to solutions; builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs and expands knowledge of small business, lending, and investments; drives the client experience and supports operational guidelines and regulatory compliance in daily activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Bilingual Spanish required
