Relationship Banker - Dalton Financial Center - Bilingual Spanish Required

Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with banking transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online, and mobile banking) while accurately processing cash transactions. Build relationships with clients to understand financial needs, identify solutions, and connect them to lending, investments, and other products. Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow client value; drive client experience and adhere to laws and bank policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Cash handling experience or familiarity with teller duties
- Experience in customer service and sales within financial services (preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Experience in financial services or banking sales
- Customer-facing experience
- Sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment (optional)

- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (desired)
