Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM). Execute cash transactions accurately, build relationships, and understand clients' financial goals. Connect clients with solutions across small business, lending, and investments; manage client flow, appointments, and outbound calls; contribute to the client experience. Demonstrates adaptability, effective communication, problem-solving, and adherence to laws/regulations; weekend and extended-hours availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
