Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase in Amarillo, TX, responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships; educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); engage with clients in person and by phone; ensure understanding of banking products, services, and procedures, and collaborate with a team of experts while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
