Job Summary
Role: Relationship Banker at the Cornell Experience Center. Drive member-focused sales and service by processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks), maintaining deposit and loan accounts, and proactively identifying products to meet members’ financial needs. Engage in consultative conversations to build rapport, meet quarterly service metrics and sales targets, complete compliance training, and support cross-functional teams (insurance, investments, mortgage, Premier). Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills; notary preferred; on-site at Hillsboro, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Six months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with financial services preferred
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Notary preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Compliance training and knowledge of credit union products
