Job Summary
Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch focused on acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships. Deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment; meet with clients in person and by phone to understand financial needs and tailor product/service recommendations; educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com; learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts for specialized needs; adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements; 1+ year sales experience required; high school degree or equivalent; licenses and registrations (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state license, Life licenses) are minimum requirements; ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
