Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships at a Chase branch. Provide consultative financial guidance, educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), tailor product recommendations to client needs, collaborate with banking team to address financial needs, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires delivering attentive, friendly service in person and over the phone, building trust, and maintaining a high standard of client experience while meeting branch goals. The position requires availability for typical banking hours including weekends and some evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment you will be required to either register on NMLS, or update your existing registration as necessary to reflect employment with JPMorganChase
