Job Summary
Relationship Banker in Columbus Central East Market (Bexley, OH) at Chase, responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, delivering personalized banking solutions, and educating clients on technology tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs). You will proactively meet with clients in person and by phone, tailor product recommendations, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs. Requires strong sales experience in retail banking or financial services, excellent communication, ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail, and availability for weekend/evening hours. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
