Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Wells Fargo Coconut Grove: Proactively acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships; lead discovery-driven conversations to tailor banking, credit, and investment strategies; coordinate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners to deliver integrated solutions; champion digital adoption and self-service options; ensure accurate documentation and risk/compliance adherence; role progresses to SAFE after licensing completion with possible branch-network programs for licensed bankers.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- Successful completion of FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations or equivalents
- FINRA Series 65 examination may be required in certain states
- State Insurance license(s)
- SIE exam if required for certain FINRA qualifications
