Job Summary
Relationship Banker role responsible for engaging clients in the lobby, educating and assisting with transactions through self-service channels (ATM, online and mobile banking), processing cash transactions accurately, and building relationships to understand clients’ financial needs. You will grow knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments, manage center traffic and outbound calls, drive the client experience, and help connect clients to appropriate financial solutions while adhering to laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Six months cash handling experience (Desired Qualifications)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
