Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with cash transactions and self-service banking via ATM, online, and mobile platforms; build relationships to meet financial needs, connect clients with solutions in lending, investments, and small business services, manage client flow and outbound calls, and drive a positive client experience by following established processes and regulations with a focus on operational excellence. Flexible to work within in-office settings as part of a financial center team, including weekend hours, and collaborate with experts to enhance client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Experience in financial services or cash handling is preferred
