Job Summary
Handle teller transactions with accuracy, open new accounts, and guide members through consumer loan applications. Proactively recommend products that fit member needs while resolving concerns using a consultative, relationship-focused approach. Deliver exceptional experiences by blending service, sales, and problem-solving to help members navigate their financial journeys. Requires 2+ years of banking experience with hands-on teller and lending skills, plus cross-selling proficiency. Mandarin fluency preferred. Monday–Saturday availability, including weekdays 8 AM–6:30 PM and Saturdays 8 AM–2:30 PM. Hourly pay ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 based on experience. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent experience in a bank or credit union
- Hands‐on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending
- 2+ years cross‐selling and referring financial products
- Clear, friendly communication—professional yet approachable
- Monday–Saturday availability
- Weekdays between 8 AM–6:30 PM and Saturdays 8 AM–2:30 PM
- Pre-employment screenings, including background and credit checks
