Job Summary
Relationship Banker engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service transactions (ATM, online, mobile banking), processes cash transactions, and builds relationships to meet clients’ financial needs. The role collaborates with experts in small business, lending, and investments, drives the client experience, and helps manage center traffic and outbound calls. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to work weekends/extended hours; in-office role with training at a financial center and potential relocation within commuting distance. Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED; prior cash handling and sales experience are valued, with the overall focus on delivering solutions that improve clients’ financial lives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Six months of cash handling experience?
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Comfort engaging with clients and educating on self-service banking
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
