Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service to clients both in person and over the phone, proactively meeting with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations. Engage in consultative communication to understand financial needs, educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App, and connect them to specialized experts. Manage assigned clients by adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements while resolving issues with attention to detail. Operate within established risk parameters and meet internal/external compliance obligations, including completing required training. This role requires 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings, and holds minimum requirements such as the SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and state registration.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or military equivalent
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
