Job Summary
Relationship Banker in Charleston, SC at Chase: build and manage client relationships by delivering attentive, consultative service and financial solutions. Responsibilities include acquiring, managing, and retaining clients; tailoring product and service recommendations; guiding clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); learning products and procedures to consult on banking solutions; collaborating with experts to address complex needs; adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; and providing a memorable client experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Requires high school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent); SIE/Series 6 and state licenses or eligibility to obtain within 180 days; ability to work weekends and some evenings.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED, or foreign equivalent
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses (minimum requirements) or ability to obtain through company program within 180 days
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
