Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources (ATM, online/mobile banking). Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs, manage cash, and drive the client experience through proactive conversations and referrals to banking solutions in lending and investments. Collaborate with experts, follow established processes and regulatory guidelines, and balance inbound traffic with outbound calls while supporting weekend/extended hours as needed.
