Job Summary
Engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking), and accurately processes cash transactions. Builds relationships with clients to understand financial needs and connects them to solutions that meet their financial goals. Collaborates with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow knowledge and client offerings. Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to drive the client experience, while following established processes and regulatory requirements. Requires flexibility to work weekends/extended hours and to operate within a 1st shift schedule at the Waldorf, MD location. Demonstrates communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to deliver value and compliant service to clients.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry (preferred)
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
