Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships at a Chase Branch. Engage clients in person and by phone, tailor product solutions to financial needs, educate clients on technology tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborate with a team of experts to address complex financial needs. Emphasizes hospitality, regulatory compliance, and delivering an elevated client experience while meeting risk parameters and completing required trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 is required upon active employment; ensure compliance with SAFE Act and annual renewals.
