Job Summary

Relationship Banker responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships; deliver concierge service and hospitality while leveraging Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet clients’ financial needs. Role requires educating clients on banking solutions, staying compliant with banking policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with team of experts to address specialized financial needs. 1+ year sales experience in retail banking or related industry; high school degree or GED required; licensing via JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire; willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Required Qualifications

  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
  • 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
  • Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and tailor features and benefits of products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone; ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate within established risk parameters and complete required training.
  • Licensing requirements: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain licenses through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire.
