Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch in Carmel, IN: deliver attentive and friendly service, proactively manage and grow client relationships, tailor banking solutions, educate clients on technology (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborate with a team of experts to address financial needs. Must meet regulatory and licensing requirements (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations; NMLS/SAFE Act) within 180 days and work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- Note: licensing and regulatory requirements including NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance will apply
