Job Summary
This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile, online, ATM) and accurately processing cash transactions. Responsibilities include building relationships to identify and connect clients to solutions that meet financial goals, collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments, managing client flow and outbound calls, driving the client experience, and ensuring compliance with laws and bank processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to educate clients on self-service technologies and adapt to evolving information and technology platforms. Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and results focus
- Collaborates effectively to get things done and build relationships
- Confident in identifying client solutions based on needs
- Effective communication and confident engagement with all clients
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Confident in educating clients on simple banking transactions via self-service technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and adhere to laws and regulations
- Efficient time and capacity management with a results-driven mindset
- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours at various financial center locations
- Six months of cash handling experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, or finance) (preferred)
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products and solutions (preferred)
