Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Safely and accurately process cash transactions while building relationships to understand clients’ financial priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their goals. Develop expertise by partnering with specialists in small business, lending, and investments, and manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls. Focus on delivering a superior client experience, adhering to established processes and regulatory requirements, and supporting the bank’s sales objectives. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and extended hours and entails in-office collaboration at the Cambridge, MA financial centers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
