Relationship Banker Business Specialist

Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue through proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside the branch. Deliver differentiated client experiences from acquisition through onboarding by leveraging product knowledge to position PNC solutions for deposits, lending, cash management, and investing. Manage and grow business banking relationships while generating quality referrals to ecosystem partners including PNCWM, Private Bank, and Mortgage. Act as an advocate for clients across product, support, and operations departments to identify trends and unique needs. Maintain risk through adherence to policies and procedures while participating in branch daily operations. This role is based at the Tech Center branch in Greenwood Village, CO, with a base salary of $57,750–$96,250. Candidates require a university degree or comparable experience and must serve as a Notary Public.
