Job Summary
Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue through proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside the branch. Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing by leveraging ecosystem partners including PNCWM, Private Bank, and Mortgage. Manage and grow Business Banking relationships by translating client information into actionable sales strategies and generating quality referrals to expand share of wallet. Identify and mitigate risks while adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations and lobby engagement activities to connect with clients and position PNC products effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors
- This position requires the ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state
- Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations

- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
