Relationship Banker Business Specialist

Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue. Conduct proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside the branch to deliver differentiated client experiences from acquisition through onboarding. Manage and grow Business Banking relationships by leveraging ecosystem partners including PNCWM, Private Bank, and Mortgage to identify resources and drive referrals. Execute lobby engagement activities and lobby management to connect with clients, while adhering to all policies and procedures to manage risk. Serve as a Notary Public and maintain sound judgment within established limits. This in-office role in Okeechobee, Florida, requires a university degree or equivalent experience and bilingual Spanish is preferred.
