Job Summary
Relationship Banker role at Chase in a branch setting focused on building and Retaining client relationships. Responsibilities include delivering attentive and friendly service, proactively meeting with clients in person and over the phone, tailoring product and service recommendations, educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), quickly learning products and procedures to consult on banking solutions, and collaborating with a team of experts while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
