Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch in New York, NY responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships; deliver attentive and friendly service; educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); consult with clients to tailor banking solutions; learn products and procedures quickly; adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; collaborate with team of experts and assist clients with specialized financial needs; must obtain required licenses (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state licenses) within 180 days; position requires weekend and some evening hours, and licensing through the bank's program.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
