Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch in Irvine, CA (Mandarin speaking required). Build and manage client relationships by delivering attentive, concierge-style service and tailored banking solutions. Engage clients in person and by phone, educate them on technology tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborate with specialists to address financial needs. Requires navigating regulatory banking requirements and risk parameters; must be able to operate weekends/evenings. Minimum qualifications include 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services and a high school degree or GED; licensing requirements include SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), and Life licenses with JPMorganChase licensing program support. Desired qualifications include a college degree or military equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
