Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions, while building relationships to understand clients' financial goals and connect them to lending, investments, or other solutions. Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, contribute to operational excellence, and drive a positive client experience. Develop knowledge in small business, lending, and investments; manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; educate clients on using self-service technologies; be prepared to work weekends or extended hours; thrive in an in-office culture that values collaboration and client focus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Hours: 40 per week; Shift: 1st shift (US)
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent (minimum education requirement)
