Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking); accurately and efficiently process cash transactions; build relationships to meet financial needs and connect clients to solutions in lending, investments, and small business; follow established processes to ensure legal and regulatory compliance; drive the client experience, manage center traffic and outbound calls, and collaborate with experts to expand client relationships and solutions.
Required Qualifications
