Job Summary
Relationship Banker position in Bonita Springs, FL at Bank of America. The role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking) and processing cash transactions. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients to understand financial needs, guiding clients to solutions that meet financial goals, following established processes and regulatory guidelines, expanding knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments, and managing center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to optimize the client experience. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and the ability to work weekends or extended hours; in-office role with flexibility based on role-specific responsibilities and business needs. Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED, plus preferred college-level qualifications; training includes guidance on resume/interview preparation and professional conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
