Job Summary
As a Relationship Banker, you will build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, using your financial knowledge to tailor product and service recommendations. In this dual role, you will open accounts, perform account maintenance, assist customers with digital products, and operate a teller drawer in the lobby or drive-up. You will collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management partners to connect customers to specialists, recognize potential fraud and other risks, and support community and bank events. Depending on shift, you may handle bank opening/closing. Strong focus on delivering personalized service and financial solutions to meet customers' needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role
- Intermediate computer skills
