Job Summary
Build lasting relationships with customers by discovering their financial needs and tailoring product recommendations. Collaborate with business partners to connect clients with specialized experts in mortgage and wealth management. Operate a teller drawer serving lobby and drive-up customers, handling account openings, maintenance, and digital product assistance. Recognize potential fraud and risks, while depending on the shift, manage bank opening and closing procedures. Support community and bank events to strengthen local engagement. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $21.00 to $28.00 plus an annual discretionary bonus, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k match. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role
- High School diploma or GED required
- Intermediate computer skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
