Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (mobile/online banking and ATM), accurately process cash transactions, and drive a high-quality client experience. Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs, educate on self-service technologies, and connect clients to solutions across lending, investments, and other financial services. Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while adhering to laws and regulations, and collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance (preferred)
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products and solutions (preferred)
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Weekend and/or extended hours availability
- Ability to educate clients on self-service technologies (ATM, online, mobile banking)
