Job Summary
Manage assigned clients through in-person and phone interactions to build lasting relationships, understand their financial needs, and tailor product recommendations. Deliver attentive, friendly service while educating clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs. Engage in consultative communication to anticipate needs, ask clarifying questions, and connect clients to specialized experts. Adhere strictly to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements including the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act and NMLS registration. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam
- FINRA Series 6
- state registration (including 63 if required)
- Life licenses
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or military equivalent
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
