Job Summary
Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch builds and maintains client relationships, delivering attentive, hospitality-driven service and utilizing banking solutions and technology (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet clients’ financial needs. Responsibilities include meeting with clients in person and over the phone, tailoring product and service recommendations, educating clients on available technology, quickly learning products/procedures, collaborating with a team of experts for specialized financial needs, and adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
