Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships within a Chase Branch. Deliver attentive, hospitality-driven service; educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions; collaborate with experts to address financial needs; adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements. Emphasis on building trust through clear, consultative communication, understanding client needs, and tailoring product features and benefits to diverse clients. Requires the ability to create memorable client experiences, resolve issues with attention to detail, and operate within risk parameters. Licenses and registrations (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses) are minimum requirements with licensing support provided within 180 days of hire, and willingness to work weekends/evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
