Job Summary
Relationship Banker (SAFE) for Wells Fargo’s National Branch Network. Primary contact for everyday banking needs across segments, building trusted customer relationships through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. Responsibilities include acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of consumer and business relationships; leading discovery conversations to tailor banking, credit, and investment strategies; coordinating with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners to deliver integrated solutions; educating customers on self-service and mobile options to enhance satisfaction; handling account inquiries and service requests; maintaining risk controls through proper documentation and adherence to policies. The role is temporary until licensing and SAFE requirements are completed, after which successful hires transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role; licensing activities and background checks are described. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
