Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships in a Chase Branch. Deliver attentive and friendly service, educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com) and ATMs, tailor product and service recommendations to client financial needs, and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with a team of experts to address client needs, build trust, and provide a high-quality client experience in a bilingual Spanish/English environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorgan Chase licensing program within 180 days of hire.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
- Spanish speaking is a requirement.
