Job Summary
Handle teller transactions with accuracy, open new accounts, and guide members through consumer loan applications. Proactively recommend products and services that fit member needs while resolving questions with a consultative, relationship-focused approach. Deliver exceptional experiences by blending service, sales, and problem-solving to help members navigate their financial journeys. Mandarin, Spanish, or Vietnamese fluency is preferred. Requires 2+ years of banking or credit union experience with hands-on teller and lending skills. Monday–Saturday availability between 8 AM–6:30 PM weekdays and 8 AM–2:30 PM Saturdays. Hourly pay ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 based on experience and level.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent experience in a bank or credit union
- Hands‐on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending
- 2+ years cross‐selling and referring financial products
- Clear, friendly communication—professional yet approachable
- Monday–Saturday availability
- Weekdays between 8 AM–6:30 PM and Saturdays 8 AM–2:30 PM
- Pre-employment screenings, including background and credit checks
