Job Summary
Relationship Banker (SAFE) to join Wells Fargo's National Branch Network. The role serves a broad range of customers, opening accounts, handling service requests, and delivering deposit, credit, and investment solutions. You will lead discovery conversations to understand customer goals, partner with Wealth/Home Lending/Business Banking to deliver integrated solutions, educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure risk and regulatory compliance. The LP variant is temporary until licensing and SAFE requirements are completed, with a potential transition to the full Relationship Banker (SAFE) role. Requires strong relationship acumen, proactive engagement, and collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective customer relationships
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 or equivalents
- State Insurance license(s)
- SIE exam if required by qualifying exams
- Securities licensing requirements for certain states
