Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service to clients in person and over the phone, building lasting relationships by understanding their financial needs and tailoring product recommendations. Manage assigned clients proactively to address their goals, educate them on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App, and connect them to specialized experts for complex requirements. Adhere strictly to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements, including completing required training and operating within established risk parameters. This role requires 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail, and proficiency in clear, consultative communication. Candidates must hold the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses, or obtain them within 180 days of hire. Schedule includes branch hours, weekends, and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
